The terms for using qwalify.ai and the demo line.

These terms cover the website and the public demo phone line. Businesses that become Qwalify clients sign a separate written service agreement before their agent goes live; that agreement, not this page, governs the service itself.

The website

You may use qwalify.ai to learn about Qwalify, run the calculator, book a walkthrough, and contact us. The content on the site is ours and may not be copied or republished without permission, other than sharing links to it.

The demo line

The demo line at (973) 319-7571 is answered by an AI agent so that you can hear how one works. By calling it you agree that:

• The call is answered by AI, and the agent will say so.
• The call is recorded and transcribed for review, as described in our privacy policy.
• It is a demonstration, not a service. Nothing the agent says on the demo line is a commitment, quote, or agreement on Qwalify's behalf. A walkthrough booked through the demo line is a request, and we will confirm it with you.
• You will use it in good faith. Do not use the demo line to harass, to attempt to extract information about other callers, or to make repeated or automated calls. We may block numbers that abuse it.

The calculator

The revenue calculator on the site does math on numbers you enter. Its output is not a prediction, a promise, or a claim about what Qwalify will recover for your business. It is there to help you think about your own situation.

No guarantees

The website and the demo line are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on information on the site. Results for any business depend on that business, and are addressed in the client service agreement, not here.

Client engagements

Pricing, scope, setup, data handling, and everything else about a live Qwalify agent is set out in a written service agreement provided before go-live. Caller and customer data handled by a client's agent belongs to that client and is used only to deliver the service. It is never sold or distributed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Qwalify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the demo line. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site or the demo line after a change means you accept the updated terms.
